Bench store opens at Manchester Trafford Centre

The Hacienda Tour is delighted to announce that it is to host the store launch of Benchs first bespoke Manchester store with the legendary Inspiral Carpets DJ Clint Boon and The Twang DJing in-store. To celebrate the truly 'Madchester' event, there will be exclusive urban street performances held at the foodcourt every hour between 1pm and 4pm, as well as giving away goody bags to the first 200 customers.

Both the Hacienda and Bench have enjoyed long, distinguished histories which typical of the city of Manchester have become intertwined. Many of Bench's original founders worked at the club and came to form the label with the Manchester musical explosion in mind as well as the Hacienda's distinctive, unique sense of fashion style. Even though both The Hacienda and Bench are nowadays expanding internationally and recognised world-wide, both remain committed to Manchester and Manchester music forms the central ethos of both parties
