FREE DELIVERY

We offer free 'Standard Delivery' on all orders over £30. For orders under £30 we charge £1.99. Standard Delivery uses Royal Mail and is sent on a 3-5 working day service. This is valid on the purchase of both sale and full price items.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We offer an 'Express Delivery' service which costs £3.99. This is a Next Day Service providing your order has been placed before our 2pm cut-off time Mon - Fri. Please note this does not include Saturday delivery. Certain postcodes are excluded, for full details please refer to our Delivery Details page.

We offer a 28 day return policy. Please use the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note to post your return(s) to us and include the delivery note in the parcel, as it will help us to process your return faster. See our returns page for full details.

The boots themselves were of good quality but I was very unhappy with the box they came in as these were a Christmas present for my partner the box was ripped crushed bits missing I will be quite ashamed on Xmas morning when she opens them as they look like they are second hand
