The shakedown project was created back in 2004 in Preston by a small group of local artist's who felt that the creative scene in Preston had gone un-known long enough.

The event aims to show case the talent of local and nation wide graffiti artist's and writers to the general public, allowing them to see for them selves what it takes and how skill full you need to be to create such creative peaces of art. This year we have artist's from around the country including the mighty N.S.A crew, Moot (Preston local and founder), KaK One from Cambridge and many other high profile artist's.

We also open our arms to the budding creative's that maybe passing by on the day, with a vast doodle area on the floor, so everyone can get a chance to make there mark.

The year has been growing from strength to strength over the last 5 year's attracting more and more talent from around the country. We aim high to carry on the event into summer festivals and other exhibitions.
