General Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your Bench product for any reason we will be happy to refund you or send out an exchange (see below for further info), provided you return the item within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note that whilst we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges to you, we do not refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please follow the ‘Returning Your Item’ instructions below.
Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene, this policy does not extend to underwear or other intimate items.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size only, however please be aware that we do not always have all sizes available, in these instances we will automatically issue you with a refund. Please note we do not refund your return postage costs in either instance.
Condition of returns
It is very important that any returned items are in their original condition; please note you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care of them and keep all original labels & packaging.
We’ll refund any charges paid in delivering your order to you, provided you return the full order (UK orders only) within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note we do not refund the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to return any goods because they are faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction, otherwise we cannot cover the return postage costs.
Returning your item
Please use the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note to post your return(s) to us and include the delivery note in the parcel, as it will help us to process your return faster. If you no longer have your delivery note, please download and complete the Returns Form (see below link). Note that you will need to pay the appropriate postage charges and for safety we recommend you use a recorded delivery service where you will be provided a proof of postage with a tracking number, so you can track your parcel to point of delivery. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund/exchange the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received into our warehouse.
