Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you have a problem within 28 days of the despatch date and wish to return the item, just return it using the instructions below and we’ll exchange or refund it.
Note that whilst we are happy to provide a full refund including delivery charges to you, we do not refund any costs of return delivery unless the item is defective.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, however be aware that we do not always have all sizes available, in these instances we will automatically issue you with a refund. Please note we do not refund your return postage in either instance.
Conditions of returns
It is very important that any returned items are in the best (i.e. original) condition possible; you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please take care with them. Please retain original packaging and labels.
Please use the label on the reverse to post back your parcel to us, and include this form in the parcel. It will help us to process your return faster. Note that you will need to pay the appropriate postage charges. Make sure the post office give you a receipt as proof of postage and keep this until your refund is confirmed. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We will email you when we receive the goods, and will refund or exchange the goods within 5 working days of the goods being received into our warehouse.
Faulty Returns
If you need to return the goods because they are defective, please contact customercare@bench-help.com for an authorisation and further instruction in the first instance, otherwise we cannot cover the costs of your return postage.
