#LoveMyHood: Paris Foodie Guide

Paris is known as the city of love, but one of the reasons we love it so much is for its fabulous cuisine and café culture. That´s why we asked Parisian blogger Camille to share her favourite food-hotspots in Paris:

Breakfast.

For a good start to the day what could be better than the best breakfast in Paris? I like to start my day in for Carette, a cosy tea room in Trocadero. The location next to the Eiffel Tower is the best place to find French pastries like croissants and delicious coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Lunch.

My favourite spot for lunch is in the well-known hip Parisian concept store, Colette. At the lower level, you can find ‘The Water bar’, a place where the in-crowd of fashion and design get together for lunch in a friendly atmosphere. The Water bar offers a healthy and light menu. My personal meal recommendation is the vegetarian croque-madame.

Brunch And Coffee-Break.

On Sundays after a crazy night I like to combine breakfast and lunch, having an extensive and recovering Sunday brunch. I am totally in love with Le Saint, a restaurant located near the famous Place de la République. The brunch is generous and, and really reasonable. What I like most is the warmth of the staff, and also the beautiful terrace in summer.

For foodies and coffee-lovers like me, the new trendy café called Wild And The Moon offers vegan and gourmet snacks for coffee-breaks. It is located in Haut Marais, near rue de Bretagne. The acai bowls are very tasty and the guests are totally ‘Boho Parisien’.

Dinner.

We finish our culinary trip in one of my favourite Italian restaurants. Gemini serves delicious burrata, finest Italian meat dishes and incredible good pasta. I love to go there for dinner with friends.

I hope you enjoy the spots and food as much as I do! Furthermore, they are a great way to discover the city.
